The personal data processed may include, among others: email address, address, first and last name, telephone number, and the IP address of your computer.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"587\" data-end=\"645\">Personal data may be processed for the following purposes:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"647\" data-end=\"932\">\n<li data-section-id=\"m7ovhf\" data-start=\"647\" data-end=\"694\">compliance with applicable legal obligations;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1ccc5zd\" data-start=\"695\" data-end=\"733\">processing and fulfilment of Orders;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"ozwgx0\" data-start=\"734\" data-end=\"762\">providing online services;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"c6wnv1\" data-start=\"763\" data-end=\"808\">handling complaints submitted by Customers;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"2hh9cc\" data-start=\"809\" data-end=\"877\">performing other activities described in the Terms and Conditions;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1fsc3px\" data-start=\"878\" data-end=\"932\">promotional and commercial activities of the Seller.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"934\" data-end=\"1292\">Providing personal data and giving consent to its processing is voluntary. However, refusal to provide data marked as mandatory may prevent the Seller from providing services or performing agreements. Any consent you give may be withdrawn at any time by sending a request to the Seller\u2019s email address or postal address indicated in the Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1294\" data-end=\"1594\">The legal basis for processing personal data is, depending on the specific purpose, the need to process data in order to comply with legal obligations, the need to process data for the performance of a contract, the legitimate interests pursued by the Seller or by third parties, and\/or your consent.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1596\" data-end=\"1833\">Personal data is shared only to the extent necessary to process Orders and perform agreements for providing online services. This may include sharing data with the carrier and with the company providing accounting services to the Seller.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1835\" data-end=\"1898\">Personal data collected by the Seller may also be disclosed to:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1900\" data-end=\"2083\">\n<li data-section-id=\"91tmw5\" data-start=\"1900\" data-end=\"1999\">competent public authorities, upon their request and on the basis of applicable legal provisions;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"120jhca\" data-start=\"2000\" data-end=\"2083\">other persons or entities, where such disclosure is required or permitted by law.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2085\" data-end=\"2217\">Disclosure of personal data to entities not authorised under these Terms and Conditions may take place only with your prior consent.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2219\" data-end=\"2357\">You have the right to control the processing of your personal data stored in the Seller\u2019s databases. In particular, you have the right to:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2359\" data-end=\"2721\">\n<li data-section-id=\"zft4ku\" data-start=\"2359\" data-end=\"2387\">access your personal data;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"qqwp6q\" data-start=\"2388\" data-end=\"2439\">request that your data be completed or corrected;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"407pvd\" data-start=\"2440\" data-end=\"2503\">request temporary or permanent suspension of data processing;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1ilm74g\" data-start=\"2504\" data-end=\"2642\">request deletion of your data where the data is no longer necessary, inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, or has been processed unlawfully;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"tr6cbr\" data-start=\"2643\" data-end=\"2721\">object to the processing of your personal data in cases provided for by law.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2723\" data-end=\"3166\">We store and protect personal data in accordance with applicable law, including the Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997, the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services of 18 July 2002, and the Regulation of the Minister of Interior and Administration of 29 April 2004 on documentation of personal data processing and the technical and organisational conditions to be met by devices and IT systems used for personal data processing.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3168\" data-end=\"3578\">The Seller applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the personal data being processed, taking into account the risks involved and the category of data protected. In particular, the Seller protects personal data against access by unauthorised persons, unlawful disclosure, unauthorised acquisition, processing in breach of the law, as well as alteration, loss, damage or destruction.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3580\" data-end=\"3813\">If the Seller becomes aware that you are using an online service in a manner inconsistent with the Terms and Conditions or applicable law, the Seller may process your personal data to the extent necessary to determine your liability.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3815\" data-end=\"3932\">The website may store HTTP requests.
